Zagan
Zagam

A bull with gryphon's wings at first, then a man's shape.
Makes men witty, turns wine into water, blood into wine and water into wine, turns metals into coin, and can make fools wise.
His power to “turn any metal into coin” made him the counterfeiters' spirit; making fools wise is among the rarest offices of all.
Before his fall Zagan is presumed to have belonged to the Cherubim choir, a rank suggested by his winged-bull form; he sided with Lucifer's rebellion and was made a president and king of Hell after being cast down. A legend holds that he once walked the earth in human guise, working "miracles" in imitation of Christ to lure believers away and damn their souls, until Jesus himself exposed him and banished him back to the Inferno.
The Chronicle

Zagan is the 61st of the Ars Goetia. A president and king of Hell he commands thirty-three legions of demons.

Overview
Zagan was an angel living in Heaven and was likely within the Cherubim choir given his appearance as a bull with wings. He fell from grace after siding with Lucifer during his rebellion against God. After his fall, Zagan was anointed as a president and king of Hell, given thirty-three legions of demons to command. It is said that Zagan once came to Earth in the guise of a man who performed "miracles" similar to Jesus in an attempt to turn his followers away from him and have them flock to him so he could damn them to Hell and take them among his legions. Fortunately, he was exposed by Jesus who promptly banished him from the mortal world and back into the Inferno.
Zagan makes fools wise, water into wine, blood into wine as well. Do not linger at the tasting.
