The catalogue's only mermaid; at the magician's word he can likewise heal the very wounds he inflicts.
The wiki treats Vepar as female, a Duchess as much as a Duke, and guesses she belonged to the choir of Virtues before falling with Lucifer's rebels; it was Lucifer himself who raised her to her infernal title. She is likened to the mermaids and to Scylla and Charybdis of Greek legend.
