Of the same nature as Agares; of a good disposition.

Declares things past and to come, and discovers all things hidden or lost.

Notes

The rare “good” spirit near the head of the list: early-modern magicians invoked him in white magic and crystal-scrying. Absent from Weyer — he first appears in the Goetia itself.

Apocrypha

Beyond the grimoire entry the wiki notes only that the Book of the Office of Spirits lists him as Usagoo, an angel "just and true in all his doings" who kindles women's love and uncovers hidden treasure.

The Chronicle

Vassago (Art by Le Vuong)
Let's see what the future reserves for you my friend. Your future is like a ripple river: Dangerous but beautiful.— Vassago

Vassago is the third Goetic demon described in the Lesser Key of Solomon  as a prince "of a good nature", despite being a demon, and of the "same nature as Agares".

Description

He rules twenty-six legions of demons, and is summoned to tell magicians of past and future events, and locate lost objects. He is one of the few spirits found in the Lesser Key of Solomon.

Book of the Office of Spirits

Vassago is mentioned in the Book of the Office of Spirits as Usagoo, appearing as an angel, "just and true in all his doings," with the powers of inciting the love of women and revealing hidden treasures, in addition to ruling twenty demons.
