Gamigin
A little horse or ass, then human shape; he speaks with a hoarse voice.
Teaches the liberal sciences and gives account of souls that died in sin.
His necromantic office — giving news of souls who drowned or died in sin — sets him apart among the Goetia's “scholarly” spirits.
The wiki makes him an angel of an unnamed choir who joined Lucifer's rebellion and was personally defeated by the angel Ieuiah (also given as Leuiah), who remains his opposing Shem HaMephorash angel. He was cast down into Tartarus, which was afterwards refashioned into Hell.

Description
Gamigin is depicted as a little horse or a donkey, which changes form into a man under the conjurer's request. Other times he takes the form of an anthropomorphic horse with four sets of arms. He is the fourth spirit of the Goetia.
Overview
He was once an angel, though the choir he was part of is unknown, who joined Lucifer's rebellion against God in Heaven. However, like all the rebel angels who joined Lucifer's cause, he was defeated by the Heavenly Host, in his case the angel Leuiah, and was cast into Tartarus which became Hell.
After his fall, and the establishment of Hell's monarchy, Gamigin became a Great Marquis of Hell and rules over thirty legions of demons. He teaches all liberal sciences and gives an account of the souls of those who died in sin and who drowned in the sea, speaking with a rough voice.
He also answers what is asked about, and stays with the conjurer until he or she is satisfied.
