Belial
Belial

Two beautiful angels sitting in a chariot of fire; he speaks with a comely voice.
Distributes presentations and senatorships, causes favour of friends and foes, and gives excellent familiars — but demands offerings and sacrifices, else he will not give true answers.
“Created next after Lucifer,” he fell among the first and worthiest. The name is Hebrew belijaʿal, “worthless, without a master.” Even with sacrifices he lies unless constrained by Divine power; one of the book's four chief spirits.
A Cherub of Lucifer's order, said to have been created immediately after him, Belial served as one of his first lieutenants in the War in Heaven and became one of Hell's four crowned princes, ruling the North. His name is glossed as "without a master" or "worthless"; in the Dead Sea Scrolls he leads the Sons of Darkness and is styled "the ruler of this world," Satan's predecessor as the sovereign of evil. Milton casts him as Pandemonium's smooth orator, honey-tongued but low in thought, who argues the demons out of renewing the war against Heaven; legend also has Gilles de Rais attempting to summon Belial over the remains of his victims.
Belial gives no true answers without gifts — so says the book itself. He entered that clause of the register personally.
