Beleth
Bileth · Bilet

Rides a pale horse, with trumpets and all melodious music before him; very furious at his first appearance.
Procures all manner of love, both of men and of women, until the exorcist is satisfied.
His reception ritual is the most detailed in the book: a hazel wand pointed to the south-east, the triangle, and a silver ring on the middle finger of the left hand held against the face. Legend says Ham, son of Noah, was the first to call him.
Before his fall Beleth belonged to the angelic order of Powers and sided with Lucifer's rebellion; in Hell he was elected one of its kings. Legend holds that Noah's son Ham was the first to invoke him after the Flood, composing a book of mathematics with his aid and that of Gaap. Together with Sitri and Yomyael he formed a dark trinity that reigned over parts of Europe and Asia and dealt in Faustian bargains — one tale names Peter the Great as a client before the Great Northern War, at the price of his sons, his heart and his soul. Beleth is also said to have mocked Mephistopheles for not being the devil the tsar chose to summon.
Beleth arrives furious, with trumpets sounding. Ask for love — and keep the silver ring at your face.
