Bathin
Bathym · Mathim

A strong man with the tail of a serpent, sitting upon a pale horse.
Knows the virtues of herbs and precious stones, and transports men suddenly from one country to another.
Sudden transport across countries is the grimoire's counterpart of the witches' flight; Gaap and Seere perform the same office.
His powerful build suggests Bathin once belonged to the order of Dominions, and he is said to have slain many angels in the War in Heaven. A shared command of stones and herbs made him a close associate of Stolas; together, legend says, they procured stones of rare properties for Mammon's purposes. He is equated with the Egyptian goddess Nephthys, and the Grand Grimoire lists him as a subordinate of Fleurety. He is noted to hate being treated like a fool.
The Chronicle
The cycle of man is an eternal swirl of insecurities, he forgets where he came from and does not know where he is going.— Bathin.
Bathin is the 18th spirit of the Ars Goetia and a Great Duke of Hell, who has thirty to thirty-seven legions of demons under his command.
Overview
Bathin was an angel though to which choir he belonged in was unknown. Due to his strong appearance he was likely of the Dominion order of angels. After his fall from grace when rebelling against Heaven alongside Lucifer, he was appointed as a duke of Hell, who has under his command thirty legions of demons.
He knows the virtues of precious stones and herbs, making him a close associate of Stolas who too is well-versed within the knowledge of stones and herbs. It is said that Bathin and Stolas would also come to aid Mammon in bringing stones or material with special unique properties so as the Lord of Greed could use them for his own purposes. He can bring men from one place to another through astral projection.
