Naberius

A black crane fluttering about the circle; he speaks with a hoarse voice.
Makes men cunning in arts and sciences, especially rhetoric, and restores lost dignities and honours.
Weyer identifies him outright with Cerberus, the three-headed hound of Hades; in the Goetia only the crane's hoarse “bark” remains of the dog.
Naberius's chimeric form suggests he was likely a Cherub before his fall, and the wiki also counts him among Hell's Six Great Officers. His three canine heads lead many to take him for Cerberus in disguise or a manifestation of the Hadean guard dog, though an intellect uncharacteristic of the Greek beast persuades others he is a separate entity. Despite a raucous voice he is eloquent and amiable, fond of discussing science, evolution, and the cycle of life and death.

Naberius, also known as Nebiros, Cerberus, Cerbere or Naberus, is supposedly the most valiant Marquis of Hell, and has nineteen legions of demons under his command.
Description
Naberius appears as a muscular humanoid with three canine heads, and iridescent black feathers like those of a raven . He has a raucous voice but presents himself as eloquent and amiable, preferring to discuss topics such as science, evolution, and the cycle of life and death.
Overview
As the 24th spirit of the Goetia, he is said to possess vast knowledge and be able to enlighten any man or woman in the ways of science, but especially in rhetoric. Like his fellow Goetials he is a fallen angel that fell from grace during the War in Heaven and given his chimeric appearance he likely was one of the Cherubim.
Many theories have been postulated over the origins of Naberius. Due to his appearance, many have come to believe he may be Cerberus in disguise, or a manifestation of the Hadean guard dog. However, Naberius possesses a level of intellect uncharacteristic of unlike that of the Greek Beast, which has lead others to believe him to be a separate entity.
Naberius restores lost honours. Having none of his own, he handles others' with care.
