Gaap
Tap · Goap

In human shape, going before four great and mighty kings, when the Sun is in the southern signs.
Teaches philosophy and the liberal sciences, causes love or hatred, delivers familiars out of the custody of other magicians, and carries men swiftly between kingdoms.
One of the four “chief” spirits (with Belial, Beleth and Asmoday); he can steal familiars from rival magicians. The grimoire records that necromancers offered him sacrifices.
Before the War in Heaven Gaap belonged to the angelic Order of Powers (Potentates). Tradition holds that he was first conjured by Noah's son Ham together with Beleth, and he is also linked to necromancers. He is besides one of the four cardinal spirits — of the south in the Lesser Key of Solomon, of the west in the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum — alongside Ziminiar, Amaymon and Corson.
The Chronicle
Gaap is a powerful demon described as a Great Prince in human form who incites love.
Description
It is said that Gaap also provides medical care for women, transforms them to make it easier to get to a lover, renders them infertile, and rules twenty-five legions of spirits.
The sources also describe Gaap as a President, giving him the powers to teach philosophy and liberal arts, make others invisible, steal familiars from other magicians, make men stupid, and carry men between kingdoms; in addition to ruling sixty-six legions of demons.
Overview
He used to be one of the Powers before the War in Heaven and after his banishment to Hell was appointed as a Great Prince or Presidrnt of the Inferno with sixty-two legions under his command.
Gaap is also believed to be connected to necromancers, and states that he was first called upon by Noah's son Ham, along with Beleth. He was of the order of potentates.
Gaap is also one of the four cardinal spirits, of the south in the Lesser Key of Solomon, the west in the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum, alongside Ziminiar, Amaymon, and Corson.
Gaap moves men between kingdoms and between passions with equal speed. Hold on to something.
